Fall 2003 Premiere Dates
LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) - Officially the premiere week for the 2003 fall television season begins on Monday, Sept. 22, but try telling that to FOX, The WB or UPN. This fall, new shows will be premiering starting in early August (with the launch of FOX's "The O.C.") and stretching through to early November (ending with FOX's "Arrested Development").
